Delivery Info
The delivery of all goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified on our site, which may be changed by us at our discretion.

Wedding Stationery and Favour Orders
Please allow at least 28 days for the delivery of your order, although this may be longer for much larger orders. We will notify you if your order will take longer than 28 days. If you require your order within 28 days, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible. Full payment will be requested on orders required within 28 days.
Please note that sample requests can take up to 10 working days to be despatched especially during busy times.
Delivery is usually made by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size and shape of your parcel. A signature may be required so please bare this in mind when specifying your delivery address. Little Gems does not accept liability for lost parcels but will endeavour to claim back the cost of your stationery from Royal Mail or the Courier. We will also attempt to replace your lost items or issue you a refund however, work will not commence until we have a refund for your lost items from Royal Mail or the Courier.
Local delivery/ pick up may be available on request and will be free of charge.

Online Shop Orders
We aim to dispatch all orders purchased on in our online shop within 5 working days providing all items are in stock. We will notify you by email if your order will take longer than 5 working days to be dispatched. Please note that this does not include personalised items such as Save the Date Cards and Wedding Stationery; please see the guidance above for advice on handmade/personalised items.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size and weight of the order. A signature may be required with some royal mail and courier services to please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders qualifying for free delivery may be sent using a 3-5 day delivery service depending on the size of your order.
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
Orders £0.00 to £19.99 - £2.95
Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days providing all items are in stock. Personalised items such as samples, stationery and favours will take longer to be dispatched. Please see information relating to Wedding Stationery and Favour Orders above. Standard delivery is non trackable.
Orders £20.00 to £99.99 - £3.95
These orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the weight of the items. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days providing all items are in stock. Personalised items such as stationery and favours will take longer to be dispatched. Please see information relating to Wedding Stationery and Favour Orders above. Standard delivery is non trackable.
Orders £100-249.99 - £7.95
We send all orders over £100 using a trackable courier service as these are usually stationery or favour orders and therefore need to be insured and tracked. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. We will send you details of your tracking reference once the courier has been booked so you can trace your parcel.
Orders over £250 - Free Delivery
We currently offer free delivery on all orders over £250 and these will be sent using a trackable courier service. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. We will send you details of your tracking reference once the courier has been booked so you can trace your parcel.
- Some of the items in our shop include delivery, for example our Wedding Post Boxes and wedding party cards however, if you order other items at the same time the standard delivery charges will still apply.
Returns Policy

Handmade Wedding Stationery/Favours
All of our stationery is personalised and made to order therefore we will not refund or exchange goods unless they are found to be faulty or do not match the order specifications. We will not commence work on exchanging faulty items until the original order has been returned to us in full at the address below. In the event of an error in printing at the fault of Little Gems, we will only offer replacement stationery.
Little Gems always send final proofs of our wedding stationery along with a final proof agreement, which you will be asked to sign. We do not take responsibility for spelling mistakes once you have approved the proofs so we recommend you check them carefully.

Online Shop Orders
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your items you must inform us within 7 days in writing (i.e. by email or post). If you return items to us for a full refund, this must be done within 21 days from the purchase date of such goods and they must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the original invoice/receipt. We do not refund delivery charges. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
